There is no exchange policy as per customer’s liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers.
An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the even the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer.
All orders are final, and non-returnable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds. However, If there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
